Young Organists' Day

I love playing the organ because it is such a powerful and expressive instrument. It can sound like an entire orchestra, and I enjoy exploring the many colours and combinations of stops. Sitting at the console, there is so much to control with both hands and feet, and every organ has its own unique personality.

I hope to continue developing as an organist, performing more often and learning from inspiring teachers and musicians. I am especially keen to share organ music with wider and younger audiences who may not have heard it before.

This year marked my second time performing at Young Organist Day. I was also fortunate to take part in 2023, and once again the Town Hall organ was magnificent. It was a real privilege to return and play such an impressive instrument.
